Apply movement like stretches to the stretching of the groin. 

A good sticky flossband will hold the position in the groin better than a smooth flossband. The best is to use the Fasciq flossbands. 

 

The Wall Stretch is another groin stretch technique to release your pelvic area. Click the image alongside to see the wall-stretch.

Take up the position alongside a wall. 

Get as upright as you possibly can to stretch out the groin and the pelvic region. 

One can add some dynamic movement to this stretch.
